A global facilities management provider is seeking a Technical Services Lead to oversee the management and delivery of onsite technical and engineering services. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements while driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all onsite technical and engineering services.
• Lead a team of technicians, including a supervisor, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, including long-term asset management plans.
• Maintain and update asset lists and planned maintenance schedules.
• Ensure contract compliance, performance management, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive initiatives in energy efficiency, training, and team development.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of CMMS/CAFM systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all QHSE and HSE standards are met in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Proven experience in corporate facilities management and technical services.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, BMS, life safety systems, and building infrastructure.
• Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM systems and fundamental CAD skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SFG20 standards is an advantage.
