We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join a leading FM Contractor. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

HVAC Engineer Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and filters
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

HVAC Engineer Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in air conditioning systems installation, maintenance, and repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
