Estimator

I am looking to recruit a Mechanical HVAC manager, who is capable of:

1. Estimating Mechanical projects from a performance specification.
2. Once secure being the project manager on the project. Placing orders, Managing the process on site to completion.

The design is undertaken in house by others, although design ability would be an added bonus.

Project values are generally 500k to 3m.

We specialise in Hotels/Student Accommodation/ Large Residential.

We are based north of Birmingham. Staff can work from the office or home.

Ideally the candidate would live within an hour the office, or within the M25.

Most of our work tends to be within the 2 areas above.
