The role: The school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
English Teacher, there is also an opportunity to take on the additional responsibility of a Lead Practitioner role. The role will consist of planning and delivering inspiring lessons to KS3, KS4 and KS5. Differentiating lesson activities and learning techniques to cater for the diverse range of learning needs in a typical mainstream classroom. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive learning environment.
The role of an English Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons
- Support students progress and develop in line with national curriculum
- Asses and provide feedback to ensure students achieve their potential
- Ensure positivity is at the heart of all interactions, promoting enriching learning environments
- Teach English across Key Stage 3,4 and 5
The ideal teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience teaching English to KS3, KS4 and KS5 students
- Passion for education and student success
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
