The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll become part of a dynamic, collaborative team of 15 specialists, delivering exciting projects across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage, with values ranging from 1m to 500m.

Your role will see you:

• Lead and manage large-scale, high-value projects from inception to completion.
• Build and nurture direct relationships with high-profile clients.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members.
• Chair Design Team Meetings, solve cost control issues, and deliver accurate cost estimates and contract documents.
• Take full ownership of projects, with the autonomy to drive them forward and deliver exceptional results.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages
• Multi-sector experience in consultancy or construction
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion
