Enterprise Sales Development Manager - SaaS / FinTech (Remote - UK or Europe)

I'm currently supporting an innovative, fast-scaling SaaS company that's transforming how global businesses manage VAT recovery. Their AI-powered solution simplifies VAT reclaim for international supplier invoices and travel expenses-helping companies save up to 30% in costs across regions like Europe, APAC, the Middle East, and more.

They're now looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Development Manager to join their team and drive new business across the enterprise segment

About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid position focused on outbound lead generation and booking qualified meetings with senior stakeholders at large, international companies. You'll be targeting two core offerings: a cutting-edge automated VAT reclaim solution and a brand-new Invoice Compliance service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

• Booking high-quality meetings and opening conversations with enterprise-level prospects

• Supporting pipeline development for the wider sales team

• Collaborating closely with marketing to align outreach strategy

• Conducting tailored product demos and identifying revenue opportunities

• Strong B2B experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales

• A confident communicator with a consultative sales approach

• Experience with cold outreach and comfortable managing full-cycle prospecting

• CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and ability to work independently

• Bonus: Any knowledge of VAT, indirect taxes, or compliance is helpful but not required
