Overview
We are seeking a passionate & hard working Chef to join our kitchen team, working two or three shifts per week. The ideal candidate will experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality food to our guests. You will be working in an open kitchen in the heart of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Manage food costs effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting
Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
