• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as a SEN Teacher
• Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and other additional needs as a SEN Teacher
• Create and implement individual learning strategies as a SEN Teacher
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents and external agencies as a SEN Teacher
• Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment as a SEN Teacher
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes as a SEN Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience working as a SEN Teacher or teaching pupils with special educational needs
• Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive teaching practices
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
• Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes as a SEN Teacher
