I am looking for a strong Chef de Partie for one of the most prestigious private members clubs in London.

Short summary:

Basic salary starting from 35k + tronc
Discretionary bonus scheme
4 days working/3 days off

Ideal candidate:

Experience in a similar Hotel/Club operation
Ability to work alone or as part of a team under pressure
Banqueting experience
Fine dining experience would be an advantage
