The Role of Staff Dining Room Chef:

• Prepare and present food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Create new and exciting recipes and support the team in Events held in the Staff Dining Room.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen teams to plan menus and coordinate food production schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with the team and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

What we are looking for in our new Staff Dining Room Chef?

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Proficient in culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and guests effectively.
• A passion for delivering high-quality service in a restaurant or dining setting is essential.
