About the Role

• Assist in planning and coordinating workshop activities to meet project deadlines.

• Oversee the production process, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

• Monitor material usage and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages.

About you

• Previous experience within joinery and on the tools

• Attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft suite

Points of Appeal

• Proven experience in joinery or a related field, with a strong understanding of workshop processes.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
