Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Barnet
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established facilities maintenance provider, covering a large commercial facility in Barnet. This role offers great career progression opportunities, training, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance across the facility.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, and general mechanical plant equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with health & safety regulations.
• Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Mechanically qualified (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and general mechanical plant.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
