As a Department Manager at our Luton Equipment Centre, you'll make sure your team thrives at work and all our operations and procedures run smoothly. You'll play a vital role in keeping our work moving and business booming, while managing your team of Warehouse Operatives.
From leading by example on the warehouse floor to planning rotas and supporting your team to do their best work, you'll be at the heart of what we do. This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills and ability to build strong relationships will be used every day.
