We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a special school in Essex within education and training
This Learning Support Assistant role supports learners aged 16 to 19 with Complex Needs in Essex, within a specialist post-16 setting.

As a Learning Support Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students in the classroom and during practical activities
• Assisting with personalised education programmes tailored to individual needs
• Helping learners develop communication, independence, and life skills
• Supporting behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to contribute to inclusive education outcomes
• Providing one-to-one and small group support throughout the school day
