Inspector

Due to large expansion, the company is now looking for an experienced Quality inspector with experience ideally in the motorsport/ automotive/ Aerospace or precision engineering industry to join them on a range of exciting upcoming projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Reading blueprints, drawings and specifications for projects and bespoke workInspect, test or measure materials or products being produced Use of inspection equipment including handheld and electronics equipment such as CMM's, Calipers, gauges and micrometers.Accept or reject finished workWork with the wider engineering team to understand project specifications and quality Work to health and safety processes & regulationsThis is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required. Skills and Experience required:
Experience in a similar role, ideally within an automotive/aerospace industryKnowledge of inspecting machine partsGood understanding of quality control standards and proceduresExperience with quality inspection equipment such as CMM'S, callipers, Multimeters etcAbility to read engineering drawings and specificationsApplicants must have full UK working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this role.
