Embark on an exciting journey as a Design Manager within our long term Clients who work within a beautiful location in Essex within the construction industry. This permanent role, offering a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, presents an opportunity to showcase your exceptional design expertise and management prowess.

Preferred Requirements:

• • Be able to manage a small team of draughtsman (4-6) and their workload - good communication skills required.
  • Good time management in order to fit projects in within tight programmes.
  • A requirement to draw projects themselves, should they need to.
  • knowledge and experience of using Solidworks software and AutoCAD.
  • Working closely with project managers, keeping updated with drawing progress and design requirements for that particular project. Liase with production management to ensure the items are drawn correctly and there is an understanding of what is required. An understanding of general internal fit-out projects, general carpentry and joinery works from a factory/production and site perspective.
  • The role will be office based, full-time.
  • Salary between £50K - £60K
