All students are taught a MFL and music for Year 1, giving them an excellent all-round education.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 5 teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Year 5 pupils, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Your new role
This role will initially be 2.5 days per week (for Term 5), moving to full-time in Term 6. As the class teacher, you will be responsible for planning, prep and marking, as well as reports and parents' evenings.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting, particularly in Year 5.

Strong knowledge of the Year 5 or KS2 curriculum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
