Permanent Opportunity: Plumbing Lecturer Location: East London Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week) Salary: £27,165 - £42,435 (dependent on experience) Start Date: September 2025 or ASAPWe're excited to share a permanent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Plumbing Lecturer to deliver engaging and high-quality training to learners in East London. About the Role: You'll join a dynamic Building Services and Construction department, teaching a range of learners across Levels 1 to 3, including T Levels and adult programmes. This is a fantastic chance to shape the next generation of tradespeople and bring real-world industry knowledge into the classroom. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in plumbing and building services
• Support learners' academic and practical progress across a variety of qualifications
• Contribute to curriculum development and innovation
• Monitor student achievement and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with employers and industry contacts to enhance the learning experience

? What We're Looking For:

• A qualification in Plumbing or Building Services (HND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
• Industry experience and knowledge of current practices
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive and learner-focused approach
