Ductwork Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ductwork Supervisor to join our team on an exciting commercial project. In this role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ductwork systems for HVAC applications. As a Ductwork Supervisor, you will ensure the work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of ductwork installers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the installation, modification, and maintenance of ductwork systems for commercial buildings.
• Ensure all ductwork installations comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the work being performed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all work is completed following the highest safety standards and best practices.
• Prepare reports and communicate regularly with the project management team.

Qualifications:

• CSCS card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Proven experience as a Ductwork Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of ductwork systems, installation techniques, and HVAC systems.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
