Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher ready to take on a leadership role? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Key Stage 2 team, supporting teachers and support staff
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement across the phase
• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation in line with school policies
• Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to whole-school improvement
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for colleagues
• Foster a caring, inclusive, and faith-driven environment for all learners
