Experienced Property Paralegal - 2 years + experience

Top legal 500 practice located in Central London are currently recruiting a Paralegal with at least 2 years solid experience in residential and/or commercial property matters.

You will be educated at degree level, have completed the LPC or SQE1 with a minimum of 2 years solid experience in property law.

Experience to include:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
• Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances.
• Preparing contract packs
• Experience of the land registry portal
• Registration including companies house and Land Registry
• Drafting AP1s and stamp duty returns

This law firm offer long term career prospects and historically, performance dependent will offer training contracts after a period of paralegal work.
