Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your catering team in a school environment
• Plan and prepare fresh, healthy, and appealing meals for students
• Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with school staff to deliver a smooth, efficient catering service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Catering Manager, or Head Chef
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for providing healthy, high-quality meals for children and young people
• Relevant food hygiene and allergen qualifications
• Confidence in compliance, team management, and school catering operations
