Description
The successful Client Onboarding Executive applicant will process new client applications, conduct AML and KYC checks, and complete risk assessments in line with regulations. They will liaise with internal teams and third parties to ensure efficient onboarding, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, produce client and adviser documentation, and report on fundraising activity. The role also involves handling client queries, quality-checking documents, supporting audits, and escalating any issues or complaints appropriately.
Profile
The ideal Client Onboarding Executive candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of AML procedures and retail investment products, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A strong ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy under pressure, and work collaboratively with colleagues is essential.
