Their kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold accolades for their high end cuisine. They require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn, and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures, and modern cooking techniques.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination

Have previous modern cooking experience

Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge

Be competent in all sections of the kitchen

These premises are easily accessible by Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon and Brentwood Areas. A Car driver is essential due to location.
