About the Role:

As a Science Teacher in Barnet, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful Science Teacher will join a supportive and forward-thinking department that is committed to raising achievement and encouraging a love of science within the vibrant community of Lambeth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons as a Teacher of Science in Barnet secondary schools.

Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in science.

Work closely with colleagues and leadership teams to support student progress.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school and wider community.

Take part in extra-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities related to science in schools.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher of Science status (QTS or equivalent).

Experience teaching science in a secondary school setting is desirable.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching science.
