The Role: As a mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails, engaging with customers, and delivering an unforgettable bar experience. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a team of talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a wide range of premium cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience with excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a well-stocked and clean bar, ensuring all ingredients and garnishes are prepared to high standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal and signature cocktails.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a mixologist in a high-end cocktail bar or lounge.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and advanced mixology techniques.
• A passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
