Job: Electrician

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus

My client is seeking an experienced Electrician to work on a contract in Essex/London boarders with previous experience working in a Social Housing setting.

This role is a permanent role undertaking EICR works as well as maintenance and remedial works. Overtime, price work and bonuses will be available within this role, as well as a van and fuel card provided.

Duties include:

• EICR remedial works
• EICRs
• Emergency lighting
• Day to day reactive repairs and full rewires

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition
• 2391
• Social housing experience
• Testing & Inspection experience
