Junior Academy has an envied reputation for providing a solid platform for aspiring musicians aged 8-18 on Saturdays during term time at Royal Academy of Music, one of the UK's foremost music conservatoires.

We seek a viola teacher to join our team of experienced teachers from September to inspire our viola students and provide them with the necessary skills to help them improve and succeed.

The post is hourly-paid, and will include individual tuition of students as well as the possibility of some chamber music coaching.

Candidates should have an experienced performance and teaching portfolio and have the appropriate characteristic to suit Junior Academy's ethos. Ensemble coaching skills also useful.
