The Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills you need to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your Role

In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
• Work closely with our sales teams to increase candidate placements.
• Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set in collaboration with your manager.
• Earn commission at each stage of your journey.

Ongoing Support and Mentorship

You will receive exceptional support from your team manager, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. Work alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the education sector as you develop your skills and professional expertise.

Progression and Beyond

After successfully completing your first year, you'll transition to a dedicated Sales Desk. Unlike other firms, we don't believe in a 'sink-or-swim' approach. Instead, you'll receive further training in:
