Qualified Social Worker Adult Social Care - Review Team Enfield Council

• Qualified Social Worker required to join a statutory Adult Social Care - Review Team
• Office base: Enfield
• 31ph
• Hybrid Working
• To be considered, you must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as over 3 years post qualified experience gained in an adult social care setting

Role Summary:

This is a role for a qualified Social Worker within Adult Social Care - Review Team.

Client group: Older People, Adults with disabilities, and vulnerable adults.

Type of work:

• Support planning and reviews
• CHC checklist & assessments
• Comprehensive care package and placement reviews
• Writing detailed support plans and reports

You may need to work across and occasionally outside of the borough.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Direct Payments using a strength-based approach
• Ability to communicate closely and sensitively with service users' family members

Work arrangements:

Flexible - includes face-to-face visits/assessments, work from home, and office-based work as needed.
