Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Employee Benefits
• Confident using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and managing a sales pipeline
• CII qualification preferred
• Strong IT skills, ideally with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office

Commission Structure:

Uncapped commission, based on adviser-generated revenue.In year one, enhanced payments are offered for implementation and proposal fees.
