Regional Manager - Retail Operations

Our client are a prominent and respected figure across the UK high-street, due to retirement, they have a very opportunity to join them as a Regional Manager.

Location: South West coast & South London

Base salary of up to £70,000 per annum + highly competitive bonus + high quality company car

The Role

• Manage up to 35 stores
• Manage a team of 5 Area Managers
• Manage industry specific compliance
• Profit & loss across stores
• EBITDA
• Monitor & improve region performance
• Business strategy implementation and alignment
• Maximise profit across region

The Candidate

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager or Operations Manager within Retail or Hospitality
• Strong management experience
• Commercially driven & aware
• Customer centric approach
• Full UK driving license
