Job title: Fit-Out Manager

Day Rate: £65 £70k + Package

Location: Hounslow

O Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a residential site manager for project based in the Hounslow area. Our client is looking for someone with strong experience on both apartment and housing schemes who has experience of leading the internal trades from start to finish. As this is a permanent role they will be looking for someone who demonstrates a steady work history and who shows they can go the distance with a company. In return they can offer the chance for progression and for good work consistency for the foreseeable future.

As Fit-Out Manager on this project, you will be responsible for managing internals from 1st fix to handover as well as undertaking regular site manager duties such as liaising with other managers, Health and safety checks and tracking budget and progress.

To be considered for this role, you must have;

• Previous experience in a fit-out, finishing or internal site manager position
• Strong experience of high-volume residential projects
• CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
