A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build to Rent site in East London.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

• Be solely responsible for all maintenance tasks on-site.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
• Provide property inspections.
• Carry out maintenance works.
• Liaise with contractors when needed.

The person:

• Prior experience in property management maintenance.
• Comprehensive understanding of building services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
