Are you an experienced and passionate Learning Support Assistant looking to join a dedicated team? We are seeking a skilled and qualified HLTA/LSA to join our vibrant secondary school in Biggleswade, working within a small but dynamic Learning Support team led by our SENCO.

As an HLTA/LSA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential. You will:

• Deliver tailored interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Assist teaching staff in planning and implementing differentiated learning activities.
• Provide classroom support to ensure inclusive access to the curriculum.
