Are you a skilled Financial Planning Administrator with at least 3 years' experience, looking for a flexible and rewarding role close to home in Twickenham or surrounding areas?

We're working exclusively with a long-established Chartered boutique Wealth Planning firm based in Southwest London. They've built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, whole-of-market advice to HNW individuals-including City professionals, business owners, and retirees-with many clients managing over £2 million in assets.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Full lifecycle client administration, including new business processing, valuations, and annual reviews
  • Preparing and maintaining client files, updating CRM systems (experience with Intelligent Office a plus)
  • Liaising with paraplanners and advisers to ensure seamless client service
  • Monitoring compliance documentation and supporting advice delivery
  • Working with high-value clients and gaining insight into complex planning cases

? What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning or IFA administration
  • Actively studying toward Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Experience with Intelligent Office preferred, but not essential
  • A proactive attitude and interest in developing into paraplanning or team leadership
