Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Quality Auditor / Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence at every level. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and conducting audits to maintain top-tier quality standards

- Ensuring compliance with ISO accreditation requirements
- Driving continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and identifying trends
- Organising customer service and satisfaction surveys to enhance product quality
- Supporting QHSE meetings, compiling minutes, and tracking action items

What We re Looking For

Qualifications & Training

• A-Levels (or equivalent) in Science, Maths, Engineering or related fields
• Internal Auditor training (UKAS, ISO 9001, or similar)

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of ISO accreditation standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A full driving licence (as travel may be required)

Experience

• 2-3 years of auditing experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
• Previous work in a quality-focused laboratory or engineering setting
