Supervising Social Worker (Maternity Cover)

Nurture Fostering is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join our well-established, family-owned Independent Fostering Agency in Lewisham. Rated Good by Ofsted, we pride ourselves on being a small, supportive service where social workers are truly valued. This is a maternity cover role, ideal for a confident and motivated social worker looking to work with a friendly and established team.What We Offer

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervision and support of foster carers
• Ability to support with training opportunities
• Participate in Support groups
• Supporting children in care
• Working collaboratively with other professionals

About You

• Qualified Social Worker
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience in fostering and/or Local Authority children's social work
• A full driving licence is desirable
