What you'll be doing:

As a Mortgage Underwriter, you'll be assessing and making decisions on Prime residential mortgage applications with autonomy and precision. You'll be part of a high-performing underwriting team - but also play a wider role in the business, contributing to team discussions, product feedback, and continuous improvements.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience underwriting in the Prime mortgage market
• Confident decision-maker with a deep understanding of income, credit, and property risk in Prime resi lending
• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, people-first team
• Comfortable working at pace and being proactive in shaping how things are done
