I'm working with an established recruitment agency to find a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office.

You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

What You'll Be Doing

• Dealing with key clients
• Taking the next step towards management
• Sourcing and engaging talent
• Managing the full recruitment cycle
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Developing new business & maximising existing client partnerships
• Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth placements
• Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no restrictions)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, sales-driven, and hungry for success
• Organised, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• A confident relationship builder with a growth mindset
