What You'll Be Doing as the HIAB Driver:

• Collaborating within a close-knit team to complete street lighting & highway technology installations
• Following safety plans, risk assessments and method statements on site
• Interpreting site plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks
• Carrying out excavations, installations, and removals of lighting furniture
• Recording materials, vehicle usage and plant status to maintain work schedules
• Maintaining tools and machinery to operational safety standards
• Liaising with site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For as a HIAB Driver:We value experience in the street lighting industry and strong coordination skills. To hit the ground running, you'll need:

• HGV Class 2 Licence (ESSENTIAL)
• HIAB Qualification (ALLMI preferred)
• Slinger / signaller ticket (preferred)
• Completion of NRSWA Units 1-9 (desirable)
• Training in Abrasive Wheels and First Aid (desirable)
