The Opportunity
The Local Engagement Officer will be responsible for overseeing key engagement activities in Members constituency offices in and around Wales and the South-West of England. The Local Engagement Officer will provide IT coaching, training, advice and guidance to the offices in their region, through a mix of contact methods, primarily face-to-face but also virtual, email and telephone contact.

About The Team
UK Parliament Digital Services is a joint department that supports both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Together, our team of over 450 dedicated and professional digital colleagues provides technology and intranet services to all Parliamentary users. We're also responsible for the strategic direction of Parliament's digital offering through its Digital Strategy. Day to day, we deliver and manage Parliament's digital platforms, including the website.
