Job Title: Driver's Mate

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £13.85 per hour Overtime Rates

Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time Hours

We're recruiting for a Driver's Mate on behalf of a client who is a leading provider of healthcare equipment and support services. This is more than just assisting with deliveries - it's an opportunity to improve lives by helping to provide essential medical and care products to people who need them most.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting the driver with deliveries and collections of healthcare and mobility equipment
• Supporting the loading and unloading of goods at customer homes and healthcare settings
• Helping to install and set up equipment in a safe and respectful manner
• Demonstrating basic use of equipment to customers with clear, friendly communication
• Carrying out basic DIY tasks related to installation or removal of equipment
• Providing excellent customer service with empathy, care, and integrity
• Working flexibly to meet service needs, including participation in an emergency on-call rota

What we're looking for:

• A team player with strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic DIY or mechanical skills are a plus
• A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota
• Reliability, physical fitness, and a respectful, can-do attitude
