Position Details

Location: Guildford, Surrey
Position: Teaching Assistant SEND
Hours: Full time
Salary: £400 - £550 p/week
Contract: Long Term/Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant SEND:

• Supporting learners with social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH)
• Working with the whole school to ensure safeguarding is at the forefront of everything.
• Provide emotional support to young people
• Support young people with varied levels of education.

Teaching Assistant SEND Skills & Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to a rural location with little to no public transport near Guildford, Surrey.
• Must have the Right to Work RTW full time due to consistency for young people.
• Have a can do attitude with large amounts of empathy.
• Experience in supporting young people or adults is desirable but not essential.
