Over the last two decades, we have redefined the shirt market with innovation, quality and flair.
The company has gone from strength to strength, capturing market share and significantly expanding its online presence.
It now wants to transform and grow its online presence even more.
The Head of E-commerce and Digital will be responsible for executing a 360-degree strategy to drive our growth online, with an eye on ROAS, CRM, UX, and Conversion.
Proven experience is essential with a proven track record of significantly growing a business, such as ours, online.
Key responsibilities:
• Owns the end-to-end digital strategy.
• Drives revenue growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
• Ownership of demand and customer behaviour forecasting
• P&L responsibility for Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and CRM.
• Effective budget allocation and revenue optimisation in a period of high growth.
• Lead on demand forecasting
• Align digital strategy with customer behaviour, trade and stock.
• Embed an objective data-led, 'customer-first' approach.
• Lead the website / digital roadmap development
• Lead on performance marketing by overseeing paid media, agencies and marketing spend to drive growth in customer acquisition.
• Fully own lifecycle marketing, segmentation and CRM initiatives to secure customer retention and LTV.
• Work with the wider team to develop an international strategy to grow the business online.
• Manage the localisation of sites to include content, graphics, product merchandising and payment gateways (if necessary),
• Working with the team to champion data-driven decision-making, improve tracking, reporting and insights.
• Embrace new technologies in a quest to improve customer engagement.
• Develop business forecasts and be accountable for all KPI's.
• Manage analytics and data effectively to profile the customer, enhancing the customer experience.
• Work with the Web Development team to further develop and enhance the website.
Skills and Experience
• Degree in marketing, business or related discipline to the level of Bachelors or higher.
• Demonstrable experience in growing an online e-commerce business.
• Strong expertise in ROAS, CRM, UX, Conversion and implementing a successful business-wide strategy.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient with Google Analytics and other equivalent tools.
• A workable understanding of Artificial Intelligence, the tools available and how it transforms an online business.
• Excellent organisation is essential in this multifaceted role of managing e-commerce sites.
