Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar setting supporting children with additional needs.
• A strong understanding of SEN, behaviour management, and emotional regulation strategies.
• A reliable, empathetic professional committed to supporting young people with complex needs.
• Someone local or able to commute reliably to Flitwick.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD.
• Working with the school's clinical and teaching teams to implement personalised support plans.
• Promoting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and engagement in learning.
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school community.
