PlumberLocation: Borough of LewishamSalary: £41,580 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmContract: Permanent About the Role:We're looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to carry out a range of repair and maintenance work across tenants' and void properties within the Borough of Lewisham.You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard
• Ensure all associated works are carried out professionally, including:
  • Removing and refitting kitchen units
  • Wall and floor tiling
  • Installing skirting, panelling, and ducting
• Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service to tenants
