Group Reporting Manager - PE-backed Services Business - London (Hybrid) - £75,000 - £80,000
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in group reporting. You'll have a solid understanding of IFRS, consolidations, and acquisition accounting, ideally gained in a PE-backed or acquisitive environment. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with large data sets are essential. You'll also be a proactive communicator, capable of working with senior stakeholders across the business.

With a strong international footprint and a dynamic leadership team, this organisation is looking to hire a Group Reporting Manager to join their London-based finance function. Your new role
This is a technically focused and hands-on role with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Leading the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated group accounts under IFRS
- Managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations across international operations
- Overseeing acquisition accounting and integration of newly acquired businesses
- Supporting the year-end audit process and liaising with external auditors
- Driving improvements in reporting processes and internal controls
- Managing and developing one direct report
