Are you a Chartered or near-Chartered Independent Financial Adviser ready to take the next major step in your career?

We're working with a long-standing, award-winning Chartered Wealth Management firm in Central London that is offering a unique opportunity: the handover of a £35M+ AUM client book, with a clear route to equity partnership.

This is an outstanding chance to move away from business development and into a role focused entirely on relationship-building, client care, and delivering high-quality, holistic financial planning.

About the FirmThis is a well-respected, fully independent financial planning business that has grown organically over the past decade. The firm has no external shareholders or consolidation ambitions and is driven by a genuine commitment to ethical, long-term advice. Their success is built on trust, transparency, and an exceptional standard of service - with new business driven largely by referrals.

About the RoleYou will take on a fully established portfolio of high-value clients from one of the firm's most senior and entrepreneurial Partners. After a successful initial transition, a second tranche of clients will follow. The firm provides full paraplanning and operational support, a collaborative culture, and flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model.

You'll be working with clients on pensions, estate planning, investments, IHT and intergenerational strategies, delivering true lifestyle-focused financial advice. Over time, you'll also be supported into a clear path toward partnership within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of an existing client book totalling £35M+ AUM
  • Deliver holistic financial advice aligned to clients' long-term goals
  • Build strong client relationships through trust, service and technical excellence
  • Collaborate with an experienced Partner who will mentor and support your development
  • Contribute to the firm's ongoing growth with integrity and strategic insight

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Chartered Financial Planner status or close to completion
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Planner, or Independent Financial Adviser
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, tax, investments and estate planning
  • A relationship-driven mindset and a commitment to client-first advice
  • The ability to attend client meetings in Central London when required

Why Apply?

  • Fully inherited £35M+ AUM with no cold calling or new business targets
  • Competitive salary up to £75,000 + discretionary bonus (OTE £100,000+ year one)
  • Long-term earning potential of £140,000+ within three years
  • Route to equity partnership within a respected and stable firm
  • Flexible working: hybrid or remote, with full paraplanning support
  • A collaborative, values-driven environment focused on high standards and professional growth

How to ApplyIf you're an experienced Independent Financial Adviser seeking a long-term opportunity with real client impact and future partnership potential, we'd love to hear from you.
