• Deliver lessons and lead classes in the teacher's absence
• Provide high-quality support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Support children with SEN needs, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing environment
• Maintain strong behaviour management and engagement strategies
• Work closely with teachers to enhance learning opportunities

• Supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Shared workload within a three-form entry setting
• Amazing staff and wonderful children
• A welcoming and inclusive school community

• HLTA qualification or extensive experience in a similar role
• Confident in leading lessons and managing behaviour
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential
• Passionate about making a difference in children's education
